Added a configuration entry to control the dictionary url.
Fixed a bug where if the object on the clipboard was not text Dictionary Tray would gp fault.

I wonder if you could hit ctrl-c then a shortcut like ctrl-c again within say 2 secs(or 1?),to activate dictionary? Be mighty handy.

I love dictionary tray. I use it all the time. It works great, in my opinion. I wouln't be *against* xtra features, but it doesn't need them in my opinion. ^_^

it needs a shortcut key!! please ^_^ then it would be perfect, atm im not using it because it doesn't have the shortcut key :/
