Although some of the themes may look better, this is by far one of the most usable themes ever. And as far as being usuable, it is probably the best looking for this usability level.

The secret of functionality is simple: weeks of hard testing. I actually use Duality AltDesk and Aston skins on both home and work computers daily. There were made for this ;)

No common border (bad, makes it essentially unusable in transparency mode).
The "reflex line", while giving a nice 3D effect, obfuscates the (already small) icons.
Too much design, too little ergonomics for my taste...
