zSetDekstopArea will modify the area that windows can occupy.
This can be used to prevent windows from covering a panel plug-in, or
something similar.

NOTE: If you have multiple monitors, zSetDesktopArea will currently only work
on the primary monitor. With a multi-monitor setup, Windows will also be
able to be dragged outside of the desktop area, the only noticeable change
from zSetDesktopArea will be to maximized windows.

Borders: An Integer representing the border that should be used. Leave
blank if you do not wish for a particular border to be changed.
For example, if you have elements creating a 50 pixel bar at the
bottom of the screen, set the bottom border of zSDA to 50.
You will also want to set the elements making up the bar to be
           "always on top."

Frequency: An integer representing the frequency of updates (in milliseconds)
Default is 1000 milliseconds, or 1 second.
The default setting should be fine for most people.

Beep: If this is true, zSetDestopArea will beep whenever changes are
           made to the desktop area.
