Just add it to the plugins, it'll do its work on its own.
As for what it DOES... it detects if a window is off of the screen (pop-ups can do this) and puts them on the viewable screen.

Does exactly what is says on the tin/site! Very handy for if you use a Macesqe theme with the task bar at the top as there are some issue with some windows realising they should move. Thanks Veratil. You are a star.

It seems to work fine, however, the only problem is you can't set the "screen" size.
This plugins not recommended for those who use dual(+) monitors.
