This will not work on my computer. The background comes up but not the icons. all the other themes that I have tried work except this one, but this one is the one that I like the best. Could you tell me what the problem might be?? Thank you

i downloaded this theme i install it and nothing changes....well it gets rid of the start button and changes my old theme but i still have my old background and stuff
