One of the best themes I've seen here in a while. Beautiful work man. Nice and clean, but not too simple. Taskbar (which is one of the most imortant things in my opinion) looks cool, but doesn't distract. The Panel, which is something that many people screw up, looks clean, cool, and smooth. (not kiddy like many themes). The clock looks sweet and fits right in with the theme. Icons also fit in, and are a cool addition. (Awesome wallpaper too. It would have to be for the theme to be any good, I guess)
My only complaint is I like a more compact start menu, but that's my own personal preference, and isn't really a problem.
Basically, awesome theme. It's everything I like in a theme, and I'm probably going to use it as my theme for a long while.
Make more like this! :-)

Neat theme. My complaint is: is it on purpose that the inactive task is brighter than the active, and the active is brighter than the minim? But also, the active and minim textcolor is white, and the inactive text is black. I suppose you probably messed something up here. Anyway, the taskbar should be more perspicuous. =D
