A little clarification: For those that don't already have RAINMETER or RAINLENDAR, these applications can be downloaded from Rainy's website at http://ipi.fi/~rainy/

The actual skins I've made for these apps are included in the theme's folder as folders named NONDISJUNCTIONRL and NONDISJUNCTIONRM, which need to be copied to the "skin" folders for rainlendar and rainmeter respectively.

There are more detailed instructions included with the "readmeNOW.txt" file included with the theme.

    I hope this helps! :)

ok i have installed it for RM now...
but when i do to RL i copy the folder to "Skins" folder in RL folder... When i choose the skin it says "File cannot be opened C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\Skins\NondisjunctionRL\RL-MainBG.png"

the thing is that i have Rainlendar in D:\Program\Rainlendar... not in C:\

Don't apologize for being a noob! Everyone's gotta start somewhere, right? :) Glad it worked out; Rainy app's tend to come preconfigured for installation in the "root:\Program Files\Rainmeter" folder.

The purple text, I'm not sure why that's happening. I'll investigate.

Oh! patroN, that's the To-Do list of rainlendar. To activate it, right-click on the rainlendar, then select the second tab at the top of the config screen "LAYOUT." Then click "SHOW TODO LIST." That should get it up for you. From that dialog, you can also get rainlendar to display multiple months simultaneously. It's a pretty cool freeware proggie!

cause the purple text comes when i double click a date @ calendar... i type in like "walk the dog" or something... then a purple text covers the numbers and it looks really ugly :S i cant take screen if u want to

OK, I've got revised RAINLENDAR in the works that should be uploaded as a part of this theme tonight. Turns out that Rainlendar's configuration menu isn't always indicative of what's actually in the config file. Purple text eliminated.

Kremlin- The bottom left and right are AstAmp, and it's playlist.

It looks nice, but all that comes up when I load the theme is the blank desktop, I have to manually load the rest.

Henk & Jester, as mentioned in the theme's description, RainMeter and Rainlendar are required to pimp it out as pictured, both available at Rainy's most entertaining site. The top menu that you're both asking for is actually an AltDesk skin, and is available here under the ALTDESK->SKINS section.

    Enjoy!

DJenerativ, TaskbarEX is a TYPO. Just intended to say the taskbar was skinned.

Phhh Mr Biotech this must be one off the hardest theme's (Aston anf Litestep) off yuors I ever have tried to setup.

By the way yuo forgot to mention that the Windowsblind-skin called "CrimsonMetal" also made by yuo matches this theme beautifully.

If anyone is interested in that also yuo can find it here:

    (link):http://www.wincustomize.com/

Use the search-function in the upper right corner at windowsblind to fin it.

Just type the search word either: Biothech (author) or CrimsonMetal (skin).

    To Biotech

I therefore modestly suggest Biotech in relation to this theme that yuo for the the future when uploading a theme:

1: specifies exactly what plug-in modeules yuo need to get this theme up and running. And in connection to that use's the exact name on the plugin's as it have under the section here under this homepage (Aston). This was one off the thing's which cofused med about this theme

2: and have link's to all off the different things that is connected to the theme (like yuo have to the rainlendar and rainmeter but dosen't have to the altdesk also in connection to this theme).

This will make it a lot easier for the many user's off yuor excellent theme's and last but not least for yuorself (yuo don't have to make so many answer's on the questions which come after yuo have uploaded a theme).

...uh, thanks(?) I guess you felt the need to duplicate the same comments from DeviantArt, so I'll duplicate my response:

    1) I don't understand why you think installation is so much more difficult than any other theme. Provided you have the correct plugins downloaded and installed, the theme should install as any other.

    2) No funny plugins skinned, just the basic things either included with Aston, or staples like AstAmp, so there's no need at all to provide download links for each plugin. In each theme description I have already documented the plugins, so you're asking for something that's already being done.

    3) If somebody cannot find RainMeter and Rainlendar on the internet, then they shouldn't be using them. They are unessential elements of the themes, but are provided together in the download for those that use them (and there's quite a number of people that use them).

    4) I guess CrimsonMetal for Windowblinds does compliment the theme. It's been so long, I forgot I even made that thing. Don't be expecting any more WindowBlinds skins, however ;) Skinning's on hold while I finish my Ph.D.

Interesting website, BIGFRIEND! My Portugese is rather rusty, however (actually, non-existant is a more apt description).

I didn't realize there were still users at 800x600 resolution. This was actually the first request I've ever had for this resolution, the majority of users requesting 1152x??? or 1280x800 or 1280x900, or even 1600x1200. My guess is the theme will still work at the decreased resolution, although the TopPanel plugin may disappear past the right edge of your screen.
