Hi, I'm love this theme, but I have one question. The ReadMe files says that I have to activate the plug-ins. But how do I activate them?

Hi again, I think I've worked out how to activate them. You go to the Plugins dictionary in the Aston folder, right? But there's another problem -- Whenever I double click an icon to activate it, it says it's not a valid Win32 application. Also, my start menu keeps on flashing. Please help!
