It's intersting and complete. However, it's not really KDE. I see bits of your other themes in here, and some influence from the other KDE theme too. It's good, but I've seen you do better (aqua for example).
I'd give you a 6.5 but the system doesn't let me.
Keep up the good work though!

I'[ve tried a similar theme - prob and early one of yoours - and the res was not working on my 1280x1024 screen. I've given ya an 8 as it's almost like my Linux screen on my other box.

Easy on the eyes (especially the Start Menu background) and for a blue-based theme, one of the best in my opinion.
Also, it's not too strange looking so that other users can adapt to it readily.
